Product Overview Aluminum silicate fiber semi rigid board is a non brittle fiber insulation material with strength betwe…
Aluminum silicate fiber semi-rigid board is a non-brittle fiber insulation material with strength between fiber felt and rigid board. It is made by vacuum forming with a uniform structure and provides both thermal insulation and sound absorption. It is suitable for kiln backup linings and inner lining systems that require certain supporting strength along with conformity and thermal shock resistance.
Product Description:
While retaining the flexibility of fiber materials, the semi-rigid board provides better dimensional stability and construction control, making it easy to cut, splice, and install quickly. It can be used for industrial kiln backup linings, wall linings, and lining insulation layers; backup insulation for electric furnaces; and insulation areas for shuttle kilns, tunnel kilns, roller kilns, and other equipment.
